Peer Review and Abstract Selection Process

The CloudEARTHi Conference 2026 follows a structured peer-review process for abstract selection. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by members of the Scientific Committee before acceptance. The review will assess the relevance of the abstract to the conference theme, scientific quality, originality, clarity of objectives and methodology, interdisciplinary contribution, and potential relevance to research, education, innovation, industry, policy, or societal impact.

Only abstracts that meet the scientific and thematic criteria of the conference will be accepted for presentation. Accepted contributions will be allocated to the most appropriate format, including oral presentation, poster presentation, panel contribution, workshop contribution, or other suitable conference session, depending on the quality, topic, and structure of the final programme.

The abstract decision notification date is 25 August 2026, following completion of the Scientific Committee review process. This confirms that the conference programme is developed through a peer-reviewed selection procedure rather than open, non-reviewed participation.
